To enable International FX Ltd to trade on your behalf, we must comply with H.M. Customs and Excise regulations, as stated in the Money Laundering Regulations Act 1991/2003 and the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
The regulations state that we must confirm the identity of our clients, as well as the source and destination of all funds. Should we not be satisfied that all criteria have been met, then we must contact the National Crime Investigation Service (NCIS).
